Each student requires a separate registration form. For studio fees please contact us. First term fees must be submitted upon registration. All subsequent term fees must be paid prior to new beginning of new term. Fees are non-refundable, except in situations such as illness or injury with doctor's advisory. See Studio Policies for payment options. Waiver of Liability must also be completed and returned to the studio prior to start of classes. Only registered families will be provided with password for Tools section.
